Challenge

Hostels needed a lightweight POS that could track guest consumption, charge at checkout, manage stock, discounts and waste, while issuing valid electronic receipts for Peru.

Solution

We built a cloud-first system with a touch-friendly UI for bar and restaurant, wristbands carrying a unique guest ID, and direct electronic invoicing to SUNAT.

Results

Fewer losses, real stock control and daily reports that speed up management. Invoicing stopped being a bottleneck.
